Distance from Liberia airport: 25 minutes.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. 

  • The remaining 50% is paid upon arrival only. The deposit is paid by wire transfer to our bank in Costa Rica. The remaining is payable with travelers checks or preferably cash. 

  • There is a refundable security deposit of five hundred dollars ($500 US) for short term rental, to be paid when you arrive. The security deposit vary according to the length of stay.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol  less than  60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with the same villa, and must be used within the next 18 months. 

  • Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol more than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for refund less an amount of $150 for the cancellation fees and wire costs, or a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with the same villa, and must be used within the next 18 months.
