There are lots of options. Conditions are ideal for boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, snorkeling and beach combing - or hiking, biking, birding and exploring - or, if you prefer, simply reading or relaxing. Howler monkeys live just a step away.
Playa del Coco is one of the last real fisherman village in Costa Rica. There is no big resort around but it is just 15 minutes drive from the large resorts of Playa Hermosa and the Papagayo development. With good paved roads you can reach many of the best national parks in Costa Rica within one hour drive.
