This place is one of the nicest we've seen during our 10 day journey across the Monteverde, Central High Lands and Nicoya Gold Coast. Security deposit: There is a refundable security deposit of $150 to be paid upon arrival.

Upon availability you choose the starting date.

There is an extra charge of $400 if it includes Christmas and New years period.

Kitchen accessories, TV with cable, a phone line (security deposit required, no int'l call allowed, but you can received int'l calls), sheets and towels are included. Second floor studios have a microwave and a blender. We do not supply toilet paper, soap, garbage bags.

Cleaning: Once a week included. We can supply additional cleaning at reasonable cost. We change sheets every week, towels twice a week. Laundry service ($) available.

Visitors: Additional person in the studio: $100 for a week, $150 for 2 weeks, $200 for 3 weeks, $250 for one month.
PAYMENT PROCESS: Once you confirm your reservation and we confirm availability and the exact cost you will have to pay 50% as down payment. You will be supplied with all the information on this process. The balance is payable upon arrival with cash or travelers checks.
REFUND POLICY:

1.Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol less than 30 days (60 days in case of the Christmas week) but more than 7 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking in a studio and must be used within the next 12 months. No refund for cancellation less than seven days before proposed arrival date.

2. Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol more than 30 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for refund less an amount of $50 for the cancellation fees and wire costs, or a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with a studio, and must be used within the next 12 months.
