Condo Moon Bay Playa Del Coco Guanacaste
Located on the west
side of the mountains of Coco beach, Guanacaste, NW Pacific Ocean, this airy condo has
a large master bedroom with its own complete bathroom, another bedroom and a
second complete bathroom. There is a dining-living area and a complete
kitchen. Sleeps 4. The condo is all air conditioned, it has his own a washer & drier. The area is very quiet and private. The particular location of the condo makes it unique for privacy and tranquility. It is 1/2 mile from
a modern grocery, several restaurants, shops, diving and sport fishing operators.
It is 600 meters from a quiet lovely beach safe to swim. There is a large
swimming pool and a large terrace with panoramic ocean views of the ocean
and the mountains.
What's There to Do?
There are lots of options. Conditions are ideal
for boating, sailing, fishing, swimming, snorkelling and beach combing - or
hiking, biking, birding and exploring - or, if you prefer, simply reading
or relaxing. It's a world of sparkling blue water, with privacy and
tranquility, a place people return to year after year for relaxation and
renewal. 1/2 mile from grocery store, shops and restaurants. With
good paved roads you can reach many of the best national parks in Costa
Rica with in one hour and a half drive: Palo Verde, Santa Rosa, Rincon de
la Vieja, Las Baulas (Leatherback turtles). There is a 9 golf course at
1/2 hour drive, a Canopy tour at 25 minute drive.

Playa del Coco is one of the last real
fisherman village in Costa Rica. There is no big resort around but it is
just 15 minutes drive from the large resorts of
Playa Hermosa and the Papagayo development.
With good paved roads you can
reach many of the best national parks in Costa Rica within 1 1/2 hour drive. |

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
POLICY:
- An initial deposit of 50% is
required to hold your reservation.
- The remaining 50% is paid upon
arrival only. The deposit is paid by wire transfer to our bank in Costa
Rica. The remaining is payable with travelers checks or preferably
cash.
- There is a refundable security
deposit of five hundred dollars ($500 US) for short term rental, to
be paid when you arrive. This is to cover any damage due to negligence,
or items missing on the property (a credit card voucher can be used).
The security deposit vary according to the length of stay.
REFUND POLICY:
- Written cancellation
and refund request notice received by Villa Del
Sol less than 60 days before your proposed
arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the
deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future
booking with the same villa, and must be used within the next 18
months.
- Written cancellation
and refund request notice received by Villa Del
Sol more than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be
eligible for refund less an amount of $150 for the cancellation
fees and wire costs, or a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher
may be used as credit toward a future booking with the same villa,
and must be used within the next 18 months.
