• Beautiful, spacious house with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, comfortable teak furnishings and lots of sun!  Located in a quiet residential community called Gaviota that is 500 meters from the soft-sand beach. 
• Restaurants and a (not sure of this one: small grocery are in walking distance) and numerous other options are only a 5 minute drive away. 
• Playa Hermosa (Beautiful Beach) has earned the distinction of a Blue Flag beach which rates as one of the highest.  The warm Pacific Ocean water is calm and gentle.  The gorgeous sunsets and peaceful strolls on the beach make this a tropical paradise.  The locals are extremely friendly and vacation adventures are affordable and plentiful.

• Fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher and has an island and bar counter with seating for 4.  Dining room has a table with seating for 6.  The dining and living area has large windows that provide a peaceful view of tropical plants and palm trees.
•  Large Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, a private full bath with double sinks, a safety box and its own entrance to the patio in the backyard.  
•  The Second Bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.  In addition, the L-shaped couch can comfortably accommodate an additional person.
•  The Second Bathroom is a full bath as well with the entrance from the main living area.
•  The backyard has a large covered patio that provides shade and relaxation with mature palm trees for added privacy.  Furniture including folding beach chairs are provided.
 

• The house is completely air-conditioned and also has 2 ceiling fans in the main dining/living area as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the back patio.  Blinds throughout the house can offer additional privacy.Wireless, Cable TV and Washer Dryer provide the conveniences of home.
•  There is a security guard on site at this gated community.  A driveway is located right next to the house and can accommodate 2 cars.  A property manager will be available to answer any questions and welcome you to a relaxing and fun-filled vacation!

Playa Hermosa is prized by all the Travel Guides. 1 mile from the beach, and 10 minutes drive from many  shops and restaurants. 

With good paved roads you can reach many of the best national parks in Costa Rica with in one hour and a half drive.
